The flowers are beautiful. They look just as good or better than the picture. Customer service was excellent - there was no one home at the delivery address and Stacie's called and emailed me to find out how I wanted to handle it. The delivery man, Francisco, didn't want to leave the flowers outside as it was very hot out. He brought them back to the store to keep them fresh and then delivered them promptly when I was able to confirm that someone would be there to receive the flowers later on in the day.
